The Gianferrante agriturismo is situated within its own 20 acre orange grove near the slopes of Mount Etna. It produces the famous Sicilian blood oranges and other fruits from which the owners make their own marmalade and jams and they also produce an excellent extra-virgin olive oil. This property has been owned by a family of Castroreale for generations. A little manor immersed in greenery, Green Manors is set far from the frenetic city life. The manor consists of comfortable bedrooms with different decorative features and furniture. Il Daino, San Piero Patti (Me)
Il Daino is an ancient farm of about 500 acres on Nebrodi hills, and at about 2.000 feet above sea level. Cultivations, all rigorously biological, are various and comprise nuts, olives, grapes, chestnuts, walnuts, citrus fruits and vegetables; the farm also breeds ostriches, pigs, horses, sheep, bucks, and factory animals. The farm offers numerous free-time activities as summer swimming pool, mountain bike rides, horse tour, and fishing.

Baglio San Pietro, Nicosia (En)
Baglio San Pietro is a small country house in Nicosia opened all year around. This XVI century building was restored in 2001 and turned into an agriturismo. The 17th century group of buildings still conserves today the characteristics of a fortified residence and farmland of the nobility. The country house welcomes guests today in the heart of a farm where pasture-grazing animals are still kept in traditional ways and the courtyard is right next to the cultivation of vines, olives and vegetables.
